37 Training provides software for workout programming, client logging, messaging, and training review. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep sign-in credentials secure. Coaches are responsible for the clients they invite and the information they add.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, upload unlawful or harmful content, harass others, infringe rights, send abusive messages, or use the app in a way that disrupts the service.
Reports and blocking
Users may report messages, uploaded media, AI output, or account abuse. Direct conversations can be blocked. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
Coach and client responsibilities
Coaches control programming decisions and client guidance. Clients are responsible for using judgment, following professional medical advice when needed, and stopping activity when training feels unsafe.
Billing and subscription terms
Paid plans, client caps, AI credits, billing intervals, trials, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the plan details shown in the app, during checkout, and by Apple subscription terms when purchased through the App Store.
Intellectual property
37 Training owns the platform, design, code, and service materials. Users keep ownership of the content they submit, while granting 37 Training the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and support that content in the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as software support for coaching workflows. It is not medical advice, a medical device, emergency service, or a substitute for professional health care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The service may change, pause, or become unavailable.
US launch
The initial App Store launch is intended for the United States. Availability, pricing, plans, and supported features may change as the service expands.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or violation of these terms. Users may stop using the service, schedule deletion in the app, or request deletion through the account deletion page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or requirements change. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
