Delete Account
You can schedule deletion in the app or request it by email.
In the app
Open Account, then Data and access, then Schedule deletion. Deletion has a 30-day recovery window before the account is purged.
Email request
Send the account email address and deletion request to 37trainingsupport@gmail.com.
Data covered
Deletion covers account data and associated app records unless retention is required for security, legal, accounting, or dispute reasons. Uploaded form videos are short-lived and are retained for up to 14 days unless removed sooner.
